What type of Identification does the signer need?
The signer MUST have a valid, UNEXPIRED USA government issued Driver's License or State ID available to present during the session with the Notary.
KBA (Knowledge based Authentication)
Signer must be able to answer at least 4 out of 5 knowledge based questions within 2 minutes to verify their identity. Questions are based on information specific to the signer based upon credit history.
Signer must have access to the following Technology
- A Laptop or Desktop with a webcam or a mobile phone
- The latest version of either Google Chrome or Firefox Mozilla
- An email address
- A means for scanning/uploading/emailing their document to the notary
